How it works
The process varies a bit depending on which service you book, but in general, here's what to expect:

I've been working as a producer in the Metro DC area for over 25 years, and so I understand what’s needed for field producers and production coordination, as I did that work first!
Have in-house IT support for livestreaming troubleshooting
If it’s less than 24 hours, it’s best to call. The more in advance you book, the more likely I have availability.
Do you offer ongoing agreements, or one-time only?
I can do ongoing agreements, if it’s in my schedule in advance. Otherwise, I ask that you book per instance.
How will I know for sure that you’re available?
The booking tool is sync’d to my calendar, which contains both personal and business events, which includes weekends and evenings. If you see availability on Saturday at 3 pm, I’m available Saturday at 3 pm, and you can book me. If I have a meeting that I can get out of, that time will also show as available to you.
Can we pay by credit card?
I add a merchant’s fee for credit card payments, but can take ACH payments, if you don’t do checks, and there’s no fee with that.
What if my shoot falls through?
There is no kill fee if you give me at least 48 hours notice. Otherwise, depending on the situation, you may be assessed a kill fee of $250 if cancelled within 24-48 hours, or $300 if cancelled within 24 hours. This is because I held the date and time for you, which means other work was not able to be booked…nor was I able to make any money for that time I held for you!
Do you charge travel costs?
In the Metro DC area, there is no charge for jobs in a 25-mile radius of Fairfax, Virginia. This means our general area stretches as far north as Columbia, Maryland, as far west as Loudoun County, Virginia, as far south as Quantico, Virginia, and as far east as Prince George’s County, MD. So sorry, Baltimore, I charge mileage for jobs there.

$110 / hour
Terms
Rates: Onsite webcasting rates listed are "starting at", dependent on whether additional equipment is needed beyond the webcasting setup. Please contact us to discuss your project to get a more accurate quote.
Mileage: Picture This Video works in the Metro DC area within a 25 mile radius of Fairfax, VA, with no travel fees. Additional mileage is charged at the current IRS rate.
Time is charged from arrival on site to departure from site. Our rates typically are based on 1/2 day (5 hours) or full days (10 hours).
For each hour over 10 in a day, the cost will be time and a half times the hourly rate for that job’s full day rate.
Cancellation of a scheduled freelance booking may incur a kill fee:
24-48 hours notice: $250
less than 24 hours notice: $300
This is in addition to the cost of any rented equipment, and sub-contractors' kill fees.
