We hired Picture This Video to live-stream and record our church sponsored public lecture. After doing virtual events for 15 months and doing our own video editing (which was very time consuming) it was wonderful to work with her on creating a fantastic virtual event. I had such a great experience working with the team at Picture This Video. We asked Sharon to produce a video featuring residents and life at The Old Soldiers Home. The home is/was closed to the public during Covid so Sharon had to work with the residents remotely. She helped define the vision/purpose, guided the development of a script, helped identify still photos to insert in the video - and delivered us an OUTSTANDING final product. If you’re a business owner, without a marketing company or staff member, you probably feel like you’re just keeping your head above water posting ANYTHING on social media. But videos get WAY more engagement and results than stills or text posts. So if you were to only do one kind of social media post, video would be the one that delivers more than any other medium.

Are you going to use my phone to shoot the video?
No, we shoot on our own equipment to make it easier to access the footage and work with it. We are happy to share the raw footage with you, if you’d like to provide the means!
What if I decide I don’t want to continue with the service after the first month?
After the first month, you are welcome to cancel. We do request that the first month be paid in full, as the first month requires the most amount of work, as we setup your brand, and do your first shoot. It’s sort of like ensuring an employee is serious about working with you, if you’ve already committed to paying their health insurance!
How do I know you’ll represent my brand the way I intend?
We meet with you prior to the shooting and post-production to understand your messaging and how the rest of your communications tools are representing you. We want your videos to be authentic, not overly produced where it doesn’t seem like it’s you.
Do I have to be on camera?
No. In fact, the most effective videos don’t necessarily show the owner, they show happy clients! That’s the magic behind “unboxing” videos, or UG (user-generated) content. We also provide consulting on how to get those kinds of videos produced by your happy customers, and can use those in your package, if you’d like.
Do the live shoots happen on a set schedule?
We default to a schedule that evenly spaces your shoots throughout the year, according to the package you choose. For example, the Petite Pixel Package has two shoots scheduled about six months apart, whereas the Jumbotron Package has quarterly shoots. However, you can initiate your next shoot any time by sending us an email.
