Our process
We’ll have an initial meeting with you to understand your audience, your vision, and learn about your distribution plan and strategy. If you need further assistance with identifying any of these elements, we can step in and help you focus your efforts and objectives. From there, we’ll create a proposal that outlines how we can help deliver your message, meet your deadlines and your budget. If you approve the proposal, a contract will follow with payment terms and expectations on both sides.
Production Design
Keeping your budget and timelines in mind, we’ll develop a script that allows you to “picture this video” for your evaluation and approval. We can also use your prepared script, or use it as a starting point. The scripting process will shape a shot list and identify what crew roles we’ll need to provide.
Media Acquisition
Once the final script is approved, and deposit is received, production will start! We’ll conduct the shoot and obtain any additional imagery or media that’s been identified.
Post-production
We can electronically send you versions of the video as it gets edited, giving you the opportunity to provide feedback on any spot in the video without you having to spend hours in the edit suite so you can focus on the other important things you have to get done! We’ll provide any version of the finished video you need: whether it’s formatted for social media, a big screen, or website delivery.
