- If the production company does not provide equipment, the equipment for the production and any additional crew necessary will be rented or sub-contracted. This cost will be charged to the client, and a 20% producer's fee may be added to the final cost.
- For each hour over 10 in a day, the cost will be time and a half times the hourly rate for that job's full day rate.
- Cancellation of a scheduled scripting, videotaping or editing date with less than 24 hours notice may incur a kill fee of $250. This is in addition to the cost of any rented equipment.
